Video of milling an aluminum flange with my MPCNC:

The thickness of the flange is 4 mm and the tool used has two flutes and 3mm diameter.

The toolpath was generated with Estlcam with the following settings:

  • Feedrate: 400 mm/min
  • RPM: 12000
  • Trochoidal step length: 3 %
  • Trochoidal width: 50 %
  • Trochoidal oscillation: 0 mm
